You might have noticed the studio is no longer downtown and you probably think we’ve been super duper quiet on our accounts. Both true yes, butttt the big reason for that yogis is that we’re in the process of MOVING!!! Yup! That Yoga Spot will be reopening in a new studio space very shortly!
Why the move, what can you expect and when will classes resume!? We absolutely loved our old space, and are so grateful for the time we spent there, nonetheless a collaborative decision between our entire teaching team warranted the choice to move locations to a newly renovated, smaller, more intimate studio space that will really allow us to focus on bringing students a wide range of classes, workshops and one-on-one movement and wellness options that will ultimately benefit YOU, the individual practitioner (emphasis on individual). As teachers we want to be able to offer students instruction that is uniquely focused on what is needed by the individual, whether that’s a work-out, a wind-down, a lifestyle change, pain management, just for fun, whatever your goal may be! More intimate offerings means more one-on-one time/attention within those offerings, insinuating we can really be with you and help you where and how you need it. We’re talking wellness intervention here – doing the most we can for our students ☺️ Stay tuned to our Instagram and Facebook pages for pop up yoga and belly dancing classes/workshops throughout the summer as we get the space ready for grande launch! A full schedule will be brought to you in September, with everything from kids-to-adults, nidra-to-vinyasa-to-belly dancing classes, to chronic pain management sessions, to Ayurvedic lifestyle education, to intention focused reiki and yoga privates to workshops of all kinds. A reinvention of not only the space, but what will take place within that space 💛
